Horror icon Tobe Hooper, the ghost story type with an Arabic twist 'Djinn'

>> Tuesday, 1 March 2011

A family is to be found the United Arab Emirates from a trip that your imagination apartment by a Jinn - a daemon is hit, the the heart of the Middle East myths of genius. This one apparently does not sing "Friend like me", or to grant wishes.

This is the prerequisite for Tobe Hooper'sthe weird new project Djinn much as his 1982 project poltergeist right down to the "deserted village" sounds, which relies on the apartment complex. As Hooper has directed a film since 2005 not, it is interesting to see him again a very familiar form even if its foreign in one country. Plus since his last return to Director on average almost terribly with the Toolbox murders and morgue. Perhaps it is re-return of the key to success for the symbol, the the great horrors of the late 70's and 80's delivered.

Hooper is definitely no stranger to ghost stories, and this is just enough spin to keep it fresh, although unclear, it is how you become a Djinn are different and you know, another paranormal entity. At the first sign of moving meat can I call foul, but the premise alone is enough harmless, and hopefully Hooper this time around. To target the press release producer and Imagenation Abu Dhabi VP Daniela Tully for the fences, evoke the curved J horror craze a few years ago, and place it firmly in the United Arab Emirates. Is there a chance that the next wave of foreign horror from the Middle East comes?
