Emily Rutherford Starring in CBS pilot ' Assistants '

Emily Rutherford was cast in the CBS comedy pilot The assistants.

He joined the T.J. Miller (Cloverfield) as one of four assistants for a couple of celebrities.

Multicamera comedy is from writer Tucker Cawley, whose credits include everybody loves Raymond, men of a Certain Age and parks and recreation.

Eric and Kim Tannenbaum co. Tannenbaum and CBS Studios will also exec produce.

Rutherford has had recurring roles in several series, including The New Adventures of old Christine and Will & Grace. She is repped by paradigm and Brillstein Entertainment.
