Youku Narrows loss for the first quarter after IPO

TiVo loses $ 34.4 Mil in 4th quarter

TiVo has continued to lose money, but management boasted Tuesday that its revenue to service and technology is sequentially increased for the first time in six quarters.

The company that made DVR equipment standard household lost 34.4 million in fiscal fourth quarter ended January 31, from a loss of $ 9.9 million a year earlier.

"It goes without saying that there is no change in our vision of our intellectual property and the value it could yield for our shareholders," TiVo CEO Tom Rogers said Tuesday.

Rodgers was also urging television measurement business, who tries to earn money in a manner similar to Nielsen, TiVo does not mention that usually by name, but refers to as "industry".
